We are seeking a People Operations Analyst to join our People & Culture team, who will help digitize and improve the systems and tools that power every stage of the employee experience.

What you'll do

Drive Digital Employee Workflows

• Build, maintain, and improve workflows that enable seamless employee experiences

• Proactively resolve issues in onboarding, offboarding, and core HR processes

• Document and standardize HR operations for scale and reuse

Enable Smart Use of Systems and Tools

• Support adoption of self-service tools through training, support, and user feedback

• Normalize the use of AI tools in HR—from automation to data interpretation

• Ensure systems are set up for data accuracy and efficiency

Empower People Leaders with Data

• Deliver clean and reliable people data to support real-time dashboards

• Create clear documentation and training for reporting and tool usage

• Participate in cross-functional efforts to analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities

What we look for

• Experience: 2–4 years in HR operations, people analytics, or HR systems

• Mindset: Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and systems thinking

• Curiosity: Curious and comfortable with systems and technology

• Initiative: Committed to drive process improvement, enablement, and user adoption

• Communication: Able to explain complex tools and workflows in simple, actionable ways

Work setup

• Working hours: 6 AM – 3PM PH Time

• Location: The Penthouse, One World Place, 9th Avenue, BGC Taguig, Metro Manila (Full on-site)
